Kothrud Depo & Chandani Chowk area

I drive from Bhusari colony and Kothrud Depo towards Chandani chowk daily, and the road condition is disturbing.

RangeHill Chowk is blocked

When you take a turn from Esquare towards Range Hills, the first chowk is completely blocked due to huge potholes. The students of the Symbosis Institute and the neighbouring tea stall owners have put in big stones and tree braches in potholes to warn the on-coming traffic and avoid possible accidents.

Holkar Bridge road needs repair

The state of Holekar Bridge is no good. The complete road is washing-off at most of the areas and the cement flooring is exposed. This bad road condition adds-up to the always blocked Holekar bridge.

Ganeshkhind Road in a bad state

Ganeshkhind road is very bad. Just have to find the road out of the potholes. I clicked some snaps from different areas. The most affect is the area near

1. Road near E-Square Cinema.
2. Road opposite Rahul Theatre
   

The traffic gets worst also because of the construction working going on this road. The road authority needs to take an immediate action on this road, as its one of the busier roads of the city.

F.C.Road a fine example too

Very close to J.M.Road is the famous Fergusson College Road, popularly know as F.C.Road. A few snaps to show how well it is being maintained.

J.M. Road a correct example to follow

Before starting with the photos of the bad state of roads, I felt we start with some appreciation to the PMC and the concerned contractor of Jungli Maharaj Road. It is the ideal example of a road construction, standing the way it is from decades. Why can't all the Pune Roads be constucted the way J.M.Road was constructed
